This happened to my department and due to the lack of their social skills the department can't keep staff. They are quitting like flies. There should be 8 of us in the department but only 2 of them are long term with out any signs of going any where any time soon. I'm beginning to realize they will not train me and I still have no clue what to do in my department. Zero support from upper management and they couldn't care less about it.

Then you shouldnt care either. maybe try experimenting a little if youre in bakery just make up your own foods and put them out for people to buy. Add a little ghost pepper to those sandwiches or biscuits

You're being smallminded.

You need to zoom out and take a satellite view.

Consider the shareholders.

How can you personally maximize shareholder value?

How can you meet Rodney's personal needs?  His physical needs?

Rodney sails to Cambodia quarterly.

It's going to take more than ghost pepper between the biscuits.

But that's a damned good start.

Ask Epstein.
