It's seem like it's a quarterly thing when the employee door has its sirens after badging out for the exist? I don't know if it's my store or the sensor.

You mean the emergency exit doors? Or the buzzer bell to let receiving know there's a truck out back? Or the alarm buzzing when a larg walk in fridge/freezer is getting above temp? Each of these has a unique sound.

No, you're just hearing people steal shi--t and walk out the back.

If it truly be broken it is an osha hazard and needs to be addressed.

Once our fire system was broken for like a week. After listening to it for 4 days straight for 8 hrs at sco I had to call out due to a massive headache caused by the noise.

Sigh...ASS troll can't even attempt to contribute.

But yes. UT goes off at our store as well. The emergency exit in the back will scream like there's no tomorrow when someone goes out the back door. It's ALWAYS f*cking thieves. And we can't block it up because it's an emergency exit. Not that security will stop them anyway. The most the snowflakes will do is say "hey. Stop. Don't come back."

You're right. The security guard is afraid of thieves it seems. Me, I'm not. I'm not stupid enough to stop them if they throw a fuss. That is security job.

I've thrown a thief to the ground when he came running out of the backroom with 2 bottles of liquor and also my backpack to run out the door. The only reason I stopped him is because he had MY property in his possession so I liberated him from it.

He got up and said "you're not supposed to do anything." Before being arrested. (He had a warrent) I commented back "There's a lot of things I'm not supposed to do but do so anyway.."

I was written up and suspended for 3 days so I couldn't complain. I could have been term'd instead.
