Sorry kroger you suck! I've worked 3 positions in 15 yrs with zero promotional opportunities. You keep cutting our hrs. Expect unrealistic expectations on us. Have one rule book on how you do things and another on how we do things at the store lvl which often contradict each other. You don't tell us when you roll out new system changes and have no news updates to let us know about them until it's too late. I have zero f's to stay with this company another 12 yrs to retirement.
I've always known of the unwritten union rule that says you can call out once a month and legally they can't do s* abt it. I've lost my faith in this company today and will now call out 2 a mo starting in jan. I enjoyed this job until yr 6 and that's probably when I should of left. If covid didn't happen at yr 10 I probably would of left then. This is going back to a health insurance job and you're just going to have to deal with it.
