I work at a store in the Local 1996 area. No phones inside the store can call out after dialing 9. Thank goodness we can still call out from the Fuel Center where I work

I work in the bakery and we have to be able to call out. Sometimes we have to call a customer to ask a question about an order. If we take an order for a licensed image, we have to call and get a PIN # in order to print the image. We also have to order things like birthday picks, edible ink, edible paper, and other doodads used for cake decorating over the phone. Sometimes if you're not quick enough after dialing 9, you hear an error message.
