Every f'n time I try to schedule any sort of time off take the number of days you want off and times that by two plus 2 and that will be your work week before your few days off. Good lord this company su-cks. Once upon a time ago (3 contracts ago) my area use to get time and a half for working 7+ days in a row. Since we lost that we see multiple 8+ day work weeks. yea fu--ck that.

Kroger does not care about great employees, management wants you to suffer for no reason, it's a slave job also the company gaslights it's employees. Management has such nasty attitudes but the workers have to remain friendly.

Youre just weak and let people walk over you. If you want 3 days off in a row then demand it and make it happen. When they start to say wellll cut them off and tell them 3 days off in a row make it happen and walk away.
Anything but blind selfless obedience will be punished. They see you as a slave. Laws, contracts nor anything else mean anything unless they are using them to control people.
