I had a worker at geyer spring kroger delta divison confront at the time a customer who also works for kroger about being rude to their relative. the person who started the conversation voiced their opinion about the situation in a stern manner. the employee tried to explain the situation but the worker at geyer springs wasn't listing. The worker advise the customer who is off the clock as a customer shopping to leave the individual alone. Can I report the worker at geyer springs? if so to whom aside from the store manger.
Call 1-800 KROGERS and tell corporate. Say DIV 025 Delta, Store 627 Geyser Springs.. I have a Complaint on an employee that was on the clock.
You will also need to explain why it should NOT go to the store manager.. (but rather the district manager) because corporate almost always sends complaints to the store manager.
If you already engaged the store manager in the complaint, and you feel like the store manager was BIASED and DISMISSIVE - I would state that.
Just a reminder complaints are best accepted, when you offer how it could have been better.. instead of just complaining. IE: This was a personal matter, I would have appreciated it, if the associate would have limited the conversation to things related to our shopping experience. Normally when I shop at Geyser Springs, the team there is very professional, so I was shocked that the associate felt like they could overstep boundaries and give me personal opinions and negative feedback on things that were not related to my store visit. I work for the company but during my off-time, I normally still get the respect that we show all our customers while shopping. Obviously when I see our companies CORE values of FRIENDLY not being exemplified I feel like its my duty to call that out for improvement.
