Sorry kroger but I can't stand this company any more and I was willing to work another 15 yrs until retierment. No. With lack of communication between stores and within the store and unable to maintain a healthy employee moral I'm just done. Done, done, done. This has become more of a dead end go no where job now than it has ever been. NO one is happy at my store at best and people are quitting or getting them selves fired. Why? They're sick of being treated like suitcase cattle. Just used, abused then quit once they feel like they're about to be tossed out. This rat race is no longer worth the mental status of this job.
