Don't let work make you skip maintenance appts for health conditions.

Let me give you some advice from 5 decades of life experience. Please do not skip maintenance appointments for health conditions. This lets them flair up and if you're not careful they will get worse and worse. To the point where you have to skip work or can not do it all together. If you need to go to the dr go to it. Money can wait health comes first. I'm hinting to my coworker now in limbo who decided to let a health condition flair up instead of admitting maybe it's time to go to the dr.

I made the mistake of letting work push out a medical condition for one of my many issues and that was a mistake. I regret it and it flair up. Not only do you have to deal with the consequences of a flair up if they get really bad they could disable you. Your body is a good messenger of informing you when things are off. Please listen to it.

This is a skill anyone can learn. every one's biology is slightly different so this is a skill you need to teach your self. Stop saying your body isn't communicating with you. That's a bs lie.

How about you take responsibility for your life and your health instead of relying on some stranger in a white coat to solve all your problems?

"white coat" response amazes me. Medical science really can help. A lot.

The Kroger family of store brands is in the business of demonstrating control by doing harm. They are nuts. Finding a real job working with a legitimate company will make your life so much better. Do people assume that you are a crazy jerk because of who you work for? They may not say anything but working elsewhere can help you socially.

If someone is going to judge me for working for the largest grocery company in the world, which also employs over 450,000 other people, they're a loser that doesn't matter at all.

Read Medical Nihilism by Jacob Stegenga if you actually care about science.
