Multiple times this year since our new manager started our schedule does not get published on time. For my store that is Thurs afternoon. No later than by Fri at noon. Now we're seeing it published late and later and later. The worst one was like 3 days before the live schedule went out. One we're not slaveway where they practice this and 2 this is getting old because I also have a life outside of work and need to plan around it.

Bad advise. "quitting is not the solution".

You could make a call about that. Be sure to remain anonymous to prevent any "under the radar" retaliation that will come your way.

Under the radar: scheduling you just the bare minimum hours required by the contract
Not giving you requested days due to needs of the business

Let the union know. They may not realize your employer does not respect contracts, state law, federal law, or anything else.
