What is your store's policy on asking objectionable customers to leave the store for various situations

We had a situation in the Fuel Center last night where a customer called the cashier a b****/f*** you because the clerk asked for ID. She told the cashier "I am black, I don't need to show ID, that is discrimination." Fuel Lead told cashier that she was authorized in that type of situation to ask the customer to leave the property.

 I would have called management and smiled as management escorted them outside. Our manager doesn't play.

Also yesterday some customer threw soda in my co-worker's face. But before she could do anything else to my co-worker, the customer "slipped" on her a$$. I confirmed that my co-worker merely "blocked" her from hitting her (co-worker) more.

 Managers are pussies and are told to abide by whatever the customer says. They wouldnt do anything but apologize and concede to the customers demands. The co worker probably deserved the soda toss.

If a customer curses at you: Yes! By all means you have the right to refuse service. 

As a cashier I got so sick of customers being dicks over the id policy I just had to be a hard @$$ about it. 

Remember in the training it tells you a sign of alcoholism can be a customer being verbally volatile towards you. Deny sale. Not everything is a yes.

 I've seen an store telling a customer to leave  the store (pretty much be outdoor) because customer had an medical condition that was explosive....Customer was leaving trail of fecal matter.

 Nah you aint denying me my drink. Ill just leave the cash and walk out. And no one cares to show associate scum IDs cause customers know yall are criminals and will just try to commit identity fraud.

ASM told an associate to clock out and go home. employee was caught tying a ballon to a well endowed turd. The manager told Derek dont you let that go! Derek looked into that managers face and he let it go. His hand had the mic drop motion. Derek was escourted out. The ballon with the turd started to drop finally but the turd landed on a beam with half of it at the edge so its just hanging up there ready to fall on some one probably. thanks Derek
