I get scheduled <20 hrs because of some shuffling around of staff... I come in to cover 3 call outs and get scolded for it and am asked to stay over to get the department ready for a walk soon.... Then get scolded for that. No that sh*it ain't right. I think I'm finding another store to pick up hours at and if I like it and they can honor 32 solid I'm going for it.
Like I said in another post. If you lie to your staff, single them out (discrimination)... You will be down to zero staff soon enough.
After some thought, I belive this is because my lead does not respect me. If you've ever heard of target harassers customers. Well my current store manager would count as that. I've worked with him at 2 other locations and the same bs is/has started agin. Shall we take bets how many weeks I go before I file an ethics report against his aff? I'm betting not even 3 months.
