I have a few things to say about this.
1: You are entitled to your opinion to whatever you want and to wear where you want.
2: the YMCA is about the center that helps people get back on their feet.
3: Politics is not something employees can talk about because with everything someone WILL get offended about it.
4: No matter how much Trump denies it, Project 2025 has a HUGE chance of being passed due to how much of his staff wrote it and the fact his name is mentioned many times.
5: There is a loop of songs at all stores and the YMCA is not on it. There are songs like Fortunate Son. Which if you didn't know is a Vietnam PROTEST song.
6: No one who is underpaid at Kroger stores would tolerate a loop of the YMCA for their shifts, as most employees are part time, even if they work up to 9 hours. There is no way any of us would tolerate it.
7: The YMCA resonates with LGBTQ+ people, so Trump playing this is quite a shock in my opinion.
Have fun with your low gas prices and future dictator *******
Kroger has been a pro-MAGA for eight years that I know of. Any behaviour that does not disrupt sales or irritate shoppers should be ok with them. They don't like masks or anything else that might enhance the privacy of outsiders. Just a word of warning: these people have secret objectives and cannot be trusted. To them "employee" means "slave" and they want to hire all of the talent they can.
This means you have to have capitalism (not socialism) on your side: "Young man, you can make real your dreams But you've got to know this one thing No man does it all by himself,..."
This song is VERY appropriate! Fight! Fight! Fight!

You have got to be joking. Kroger is one of the most woke DEI companies out there. Their Liberal propaganda praising the virtues of diversity, equity, and inclusion is all over the breakroom. Just take a look at their mission statement:
Kroger's Purpose & Promise We imagine a world where everyone has access to fresh, nutritious and affordable food so we can all thrive together. Our Purposeto Feed the Human Spiritand brand promise, Fresh for Everyone drives our commitment to advance positive changes for people and our planet across our operations.
Only a Liberal could come with something so ridiculous.
i HOPE Robbie Starbuck goes after Kroger for their Woke policies. If you don't know who he is, he's successfully gone after Harley-Davidson, WalMart, and a host of other companies on their woke and DEI policies. Google him-he's doing great work.
I think it's kind of funny how conservatives are using a song widely used as a gay anthem as their own now without seeing the sarcasm. Personally I've never liked the song as it's not my type of music.
