Why on earth did kroger think having utility clerks was a good idea? The company poorly trains to begin with and then they expect people to quickly pick up jobs and we know that's not true. When we get a utility clerk they're utterly useless. We spend more time trying to show them the ropes than them actually helping us. They're actually burdens on our departments that slow us down. I use to do trader joe's and this system works if everyone is on board with it. Kroger doesn't have two fu--cks how to properly utilize this sytem. It's a clutter f* mess. I feel this will be one of many decisions in the long run why your store(s) will fail.
The other day I had to babby sit two people because they wanted to help but had no drive or adaptability to new surroundings. If you are going to help you need to fill up carts with more than 4 items on them. You're just a burden at that point. You need to be willing to lift items up to 50 lbs as well you also have to be willing to use your brain and say this and this need doing okay I'll do it... No, I can't baby step you ever step of the way. You have to take some self inititave.

So because youre to lazy to train you just shift the blame on new people... You are absolute scum. Try doing all that stuff you listed in your post rather then push your laziness on to others.

God employees like the one above is why Kroger is in shambles. This person would rather be on their phones and pick their ass hole and smell their finger rather than do work
