This is going to get real ugly. Albertson's must have some major dirt on Kroger to procede with a lawsuit. I wonder what exactly Albertson's is suing for in terms of money/costs/etc (??)
Look at the Quaterly Balance sheets of both companies. Kroger increased Cash while Albertsons burned through a lot of cash threatening its liquidity. If Albertsons does not recover at least a billion in associated costs they will be gone in a 1 or 2. Kroger can buy the individual stores dirt cheap instead of the whole company. No competition issues for regulators then. Clear winner and loser over this bad and failed deal. Was this planned from the start?

They need to get rid of more than just him. All the useless scans and counts that have to be done every day, the walks that occur almost weekly, Fresh Start, the woke ideology and the people who came up with all that stuff need to go too.
