Decided to file a harassment grievance against my current manager.

Since our new manager took over 3 months ago he's been target harassing me. Union has stepped in repeatedly to assist as he was using various firing tactics to "push me out" and enough is enough. I'll suck up a lot but don't harass me with my schedule or try to take my job or paycheck away from me. No. That' shi--t ain't right. I've done nothing to you manager and yet you treat me like c--rap for no reason. No. That's called harassment with violation of integrity.

Make sure your regional HR rep gets involved too. Your union rep knows how to contact them. I won a harassment grievance against a store manager and she ended up being demoted to a field rep position. What region/Local are you in if you don't mind me asking (Local 1996 maybe? Atlanta GA area.)

Gather evidence while lining up a job.  Give notice and time it so the guilty parties, union, kroger, law enforcement and maybe even news services (maybe in europe too?) all get it at the same time.  Then you only communicate with the guilty parties through an attorney and no other way.

Fantasy, I know. Some rich person reading this, ready for a worthwhile project?
