The Ralph's at 15120 Sunset Blvd, Pacific Palisades, California, 90272, is gone. Bastards burned right down. Sad for some, perhaps... But it is a truly evil wind that blows no one any good.

Perhaps they will get a nice Albertsons.
God didn't elect a DEI mayor who in turn selected a DEI fire chief. God also didn't tell Gavin Newsom to pump the excess water back into the ocean for the sake of some little fish rather than store it in a resevoir for emergency use. From the overgrown brush, which provided the fuel for the fire to the lack of water in the hydrants, the whole thing is a lesson in not what to do.

You people on reddit need to stop down voting me on this you can downvote what you want to hear but you can't downvote reality:
You're looking at 1-3 yrs out before the building is rebuilt. Due to the hassle of claims and insurance. You employees definitely qualify for government assist or unemployment. I highly suggest applying for it asap.
You'll need to contact other stores to get hours and highly consider a transfer until the location gets reopened. By then you'll be comfortable at your new location and probably not want to return.
Your other option is to rethink your career path and decide if it is time to change employment. I can not tell you how many times a sudden closure has made me think twice about employment changing. The nice thing about a large corporation is you can store transfer. Only reason why I've made it 2 decades with the same company.
There is a high chance that the company decides to sell off the plot of land. The location has been destroyed and most likely will be written off as an insurance loss at this point. Unless it is a valuable location the company very well could decide to say it's too high of a loss and do away with the rented location.
