You'll start getting paid after your first week. Check online for your paystubs and your bank account if you signed up for direct deposit. Check your mailbox if you didn't.
In my division, Louisville, payslips are available online by Wednesday afternoon. I don't know if all Kroger stores are on My Time and My Info or if they still issue actual paychecks. You really need to talk to the person who hired you because it's not the same everywhere. When I first started, we got paid in cash.
