Coworker quit again after going on vacation... You people suck when you ghost quit like this as it screws over your coworkers... 

Yes, this job sucks but at least leave on good terms. Why? Stuff like this shows up on your back ground check for future jobs. If you have a habit of just walking and someone spills the beans it can affect you for future job opportunities. Quit on good terms! 

I'm only giving this one week of my manager saying fill in this shift... No, I have a life outside of work and can not cancel things left and right for this!
