My department runs a tight shift and our lead gets frustrated with people that have high call outs. No, I get this we are running a business. I understand people lack corporate loyalty respect these days and have been there my self.. However... grocery is a business like any other and you need to show up to work. If you're too sick to work I get it but at the same time don't take 10 days off for it. It screws over your coworkers.
