If my coworker calls out one more time instead of taking medical leave I'm calling out the next day! From your working coworkers I can not tell you how frustrating this is. We've been dealing with being short a person in our department for almost 2 weeks now and it's just counting. It's one thing ot give a couple weeks off if someone needs emergency leave it's another thing to say Oh, I need one more day not quite ready to come back. and that's where we're at with them.
