Each time I step up in hours. No sh**it I'd love a full time job but it isn't happening in this industry. Each time I go above 30 hrs I remember all the bs reasons why I stepped down in hours. 

I am sick of the shi**ty corporate policies they keep passing then be dicks and as**sininely enforce them.

My department has gone to cr--ap and it's only getting worse. No one has any training and they just expect people to know what the f* to do. 

My department is broken team wise and everyone is at eachother's throats because of the fact there is no "I" in team. 3/4 of our team doesn't pull their weight and slacks off. It's just older than sh* at this point and management is no where to be found to enforce people's good work habits.

I am so sick of this company I'm about ready to join the people that left before the could of been merge happened.
