No, sorry but this is a worker violation right to asap call someone into the office for a missed secret shop. It's not failing the whole damn thing it's just missing something as simple as the ... wasn't filled 100%.No, our big wig is headed right towards an ethics report for this coupled with a union grievance for this level of harassment.  It use to be they'd just warn you a few times but now they're obsessed with 100%'s and if you don't get 100% every f'n time they do this now. I recall a decade ago they tried this but the union shut it down as it was a worker right violation. 

I am not afraid to call the union. I am not afraid to file an ethics report against you people for making difficult working situation then being dicks and calling us out on sh--it outside of our control.
