No one seems to like the current kroger set up and my company's ethics report is backlogged apparently. I submitted one over 12 days ago and they just now called me. Last time I tried calling they called from a blocked number, I called back with number given and same result. Okay, apparently you don't want my side of the story. Despite the fact no one is happy with the company at its' current state.

My Ethics point complaint response was around 14 days. When I called several months ago for a follow up I was told they were backed up. Be patient, you will hear from them
