Since I filed a scheduling grievance -- I no longer have them repetitively modifying my schedule.

I'd log into esced and every day my schedule would be different. It got so bad I followed the first printed paper schedule. I'd log in and find they'd shave off hours or add on hours, or find shifts added/moved or completely different. At first this was infuriatingly frustrating it crossed a line when they started punishing me for it. No, that's where it crossed a line. That's when I filed a grievance and all shifts became clerical errors.

Management lied to me about saying "Only, you have access to your schedule." Yea right I can only do schedule avability request changes. It was either the schedule writer or manager doing all these "modifications". Gee after I filed the grievance this all stopped.

Many of you people do not utilize your union rights and need to.

Totally agree. You need to keep submitting your schedule request(s) until your scheduler gets the message. We had one in my old store who didn't even LOOK at the requests and he got demoted down to cashier because someone needed the day off for a hospital/doctor appt and it was denied.
