Schedule writers changed, no longer copy paste schedule Finally.

Our schedule has been frozen in time since the beginning of 2024 and has been a hard ship on the store. Sales adjust through the year and the schedule writer was just copy and pasting it. She managed to piss off all her coworkers by f'n up the schedule repeatedly, constant issues of shaving off employee hours or "tweaking shifts" well after deadline has passed to modify anything... After my massive complaint to the union and her tardiness as of late she was finally removed from the schedule. Many of us are going back to seeing our schedules return to what they were before her take over of it. She was a bad schedule writer. I was right it was all her making decisions that were bad and violated union rules to our contract. After multiple store grievances coupled with a massive ethics complaint for the issue she got removed from the position. Just because you know the software does not mean you know how to write a damn schedule correctly to flow of business needs or wants. My cra--py schedule is finally done.

If you think something is fishy or smell something is off, yes complain, but professionally. Even if you hint something isn't quite right you are more correct than you realize. I got her on sever minor violations for scheduling coupled with many bias behavioral patterns towards me and me alone. It's one thing if you don't like me, it's another if you f with my schedule and make it personal. That's where you crossed the line. Do it again and I'll just start speaking up about it. I'm there to work just like you and done nothing wrong to you.
