I'm honestly exhausted of walking into a sh--it show of a department every few days. Management doesn't give a rat's a$$ about it and I'm honestly about ready to say to hell with it and only work weekends. While seeking for something else. Company isn't even giving me full time any more and they stole my full time position last year. Despite the company having honored it for 4+ years. I'm beyond fed up and have three valid reasons I can file an eeoc claim. This is a long term ongoing issue so I don't think I have to be heavily restricted to a reasonable time frame. The company keeps putting high school kids into our department and they honestly can't do s--it. They don't train new help and each help they hire in seems to be worse than the last help. I'm seeing why my department has high turn over. I'm stepping down to health insurance hours as I have more than enough saved up for a nice long break.
