If management doesnt begin to take this issue seriously after staff complaining abt it I will escalate it to above you management. I am tired of you management being lazy and not enforcing anything or holding people accountable.

You dont know the other persons situation. Mind your business and do Your job. Hopefully you do cry about it and they end up firing you for harassment
