I hate to say it but kroger expects a certain level of professionalism between it's staff. My coworker let his anger and roth take advantage of him again and he lost it with our lead and a few other people. He's been talked to alot about his poor customer service skills and was ignored and company kept accommodating his aff when he screwed up big time. He's being talked to about it on his next shift and this time I'm not contacting the union to help bail him out. They realized maybe he's not a good fit for the department and temp moved him to another department. Only for that contract to end and he's now back. You think by two soft dismissals the ungrateful aff hole would figure it out but apparently not. Your team members are not bailing you out this time. You're a grown adult if you haven't developed social skills to move into the position you want by now you're not going to. You're ungrateful and your poor social skills will eventually fire you if you are not willing to improve them. I'm not helping you this time you did this all on your own. You're now one more write up from termination.
