Anyone can say "but our lead told me that you need to do this task....
By passing off job duties that your lead gives you to another shows laziness in my mind. Your not a genius you just don't want to do it. You need to stop relying on your coworkers to do everything for you and start doing things for your self. Not only is this getting old, eventually it will come time when that one task needs doing and you can't do it because you don't know how. Due to the fact you kept passing off your job duties to everyone.
Honestly, when people do this I hold little respect for them. I don't know if you're lying or not, but either way it's annoying.

Really sounds like youre being the lazy one by not taking on tasks requested of you. You need to learn to multi tasks when the busy season comes. Rather then make excuses and shift blame to other take time to reflect on yourself and your work ethi. do better.
