It depends on your contract. Most people full time is 32-37 hours (in my area). If you satisfy that weekly you are "full time" in the system. There is no such thing as a full 40 hrs a week. If you want a full 40 hrs a week kiss good bye to your social time and time off and just let them schedule you when ever. Remove all restrictions and just say work me full time. When I first started I didn't mind doing this but now that I'm older I do mind. There is more to life than working and paying the bills. This is the crabbiest job to have if you want set days off through the week with a consistent schedule and still get maximum hours you desire. This is not that job.
