After repeated failed secret shops and working with a coworker who's body odor just reeks management finally said okay we have to give that hygiene talk. He's now wearing deodorant whether he likes it or not. He was told to bathe or we start writing you up. Unfortunately the threats of write ups is what it took to make him bathe. He kept trying to use a half affed religious excuse but the only religion I know people not to bathe is maybe hippies and homeless. That's it. He's neither of them. 

I hate to say it but a lot of night crew people are bad at managing their hygiene and he transitioned from night crew to day. It took 8 months of smelling his bad armpit odor and massive customer complaints before they did anything. The thing is when your coworkers are complaining about smelling your coworker you should do something. 1 you're handling food in this job and 2 I stopped buying food from our store because of him. coupled with the third fact is that he never washes his hands not even after using the restroom. Little things like this added up enough to the point where I won't buy a single thing in our department.
