I'm fed up with the unfairness at this company. We have two staff out in my department and both are claiming "colds or flues". Good f* I am so fed up with the unfairness at this company. If I have to work sick, you should too. Not only does this show what side of the equation you stand on it shows to your team members that you don't care about work. Most people show up to work after day 4 or 5 when they get a cold not call out for 2 weeks straight. Most people also don't call out 5 min before their damn shift starts. I appreciate sickies staying home but the longer this goes on the less patient i am getting with it. Oh, we're not swapping shifts any more you failed to show for the last three swaps. You know how esced works request the date off work or put an availability change in please.

I love calling out sick for a whole week. My aunt is a nurse and she can write me notes to excuse myself from work. I know the work will get done thanks to people like you killing yourself to get it done haha
