I was at the kroger on 960 Main street when an Elderly woman fell and I told everyone that I am a Nurse they Blew me off and acted like they didnt care about the Precaution or the well being of this Woman when honestly what they should have done was call the EMTs and they shouldnt have let her drive away without being checked out when the woman drove away the Manger and other Employes started laghing about the situation I will never shop at another kroger food store again and I really do hope that they get sued.
You handled it right. Paramedics check them out and if they okay them there's honestly not much you can do. I don't have a lot of medical background other than basic first aide that's probably more advanced than most. You fill out a trip and fall form for the manager later and the company has to fill out paper work. Many times people fall because they are unsteady on their feet or are so unhealthy they have poor balance. Which is why it is important to stay in shape as you age not get fat and doughy.
