From the guys getting preferential treatment and schedules to one lady being incredibly flakey and missing about 30% of her work shifts... This bs is getting old. Being a middle aged adult I am appalled at what I am experiencing and I'm more so offended having to work with such a low brow under educated group of people. I never understood why people don't push more on them selves for a higher life style or employment options. They just lack the drive to do that. I'm honestly tired of working with the bottom of the barrel flakes this company scops off the streets because the union contract has sort of fuc--ked over workers and that's all the job is attracting these days. We have one coworker now out for 3 weeks with a broken something and I will be going out for medical soon for at least 2 weeks so my department is sort of fu--cked. My medical is occurring be they approve it or not. It's essential not a "can you do it on our time" sort of bs. I'm getting pennies on the beans for sick pay accumulation now because our manager screwed me over last year and cut my hours from full time to barely part time. I'm honestly at the point of this company can go f*u-ck it self.
