Mis micromanager went a little too far today and I will be brining this up with our store lead next time i see him. She is a clerk same ad us. Acts like she is in charge. Bches us around and I am getting fed up of her sloppy lazy work style. I hear our lead tell her specific things she is to do and she passes them off to some one else. I am told to do select tasks and then she berates me that I should not be doing that. This is not acceptable. I am informing our first manager of this because this bs has been escalated to another level.
