Will highly considering moving forward with an ethics complaint for policy violation on my micromanaging coworker.

I'm having a talk with our department lead about a coworker who is power out of control hungry and has become nasty to work with. She was out of line last shift and she has no idea how close I am to filing an ethics against her if this behavior continues. I brought this up with management and they simply put don't give a s**it. She was rudely nipping and berating orders at people while neglecting her own job duties. When our lead gave us specific instructions to follow. She went as far as to go contradict me when I told her our manager gave me specific duties to follow and that you are not in charge. She went to go talk to the manager about this "behavior and insubordination." I'm sorry but there is no insubordination" because you're not f'n in charge. this is the second time she's done something like this and it is a violation of code of conduct. I will inform our manager when he gets back from vacation about her inappropriate behavior and if he doesn't correct this and she does it again I'll move forward with an ethics against her. This has crossed over to harassment. It started when I blocked her number on my personal phone which she got from the manager and the manager had zero right to give it to her. She should have not entered it into her personal phone but used it to call from the store. That's a whole different story on top of it self. This 'bch needs to be careful you don't f'ck with me.
