I knew what I was getting into when I transferred in but did not realize how bad the department really was. The latch key child of the store where they just shove various employees to where they will need a role but don't know where to put these people. The company I swear gives us troubled alcoholic leads and this is our 4th one and isn't a joke at this point. I keep working with 50+ year olds who never mentally graduated past middle school and still act like it. Many of them are severely under educated and have only worked minimum wage low brow go no where pay check jobs with no signs of advancing them selves to become more than what they currently are. I can not tell you how disgraceful it is working with the slime they pull off the streets and those of us that have been in the company long term trying to make ends meet honestly and could do more but society won't let us... This is disrespectful. I'm glad I've been using my evenings for the past 2-3 years to advance my skills because education is a total f'n joke. I got an AA recently and it is no better than the one I got right after high school. No blue collared higher waged jobs out there to transition out. I'm honestly about ready to look at my finances or other options to see if I can step down to bare minimum health insurance hours. This is ridiculous.
