At first I didn't mind one or two customers but now it's spread to several and I think I'll ask management to end this. I have more important things to do rather than assist cheap a$$ customers who refuse to pay full price for things. You get it in the mark down area or it doesn't happen.

What is a "personal markdown bag" ?I've worked for the company for about a decade on the front end and have never heard of such a thing.
