Why is it that inter city stores are not held to the standards of other Kroger stores?


Key retailing we all know its time and crazy but if done right it does help . I was told when tryed to use it not to follow it make up times etc that it was not geared for people in the inter city store. I was a new grocery manager not trained  no help just put in place with promises .


Had to go from store and now thinking of quiting the company all togather . I was good at my job before I was put in that post and would have been as good if not better if trained but no one cares and it seems there is realy no training anywhere with Kroger.



We have rules but only if they want to use them to their advangte. The same unit manager all he did was cut down his co /mgrs like no good he did all himself etc and said this to any employee.Oh by the way man he put in my place he was running frozen and could not do it right but no one wanted my job , crazy but miss it and wanted to do a good job .We have less hours to do any job but you still have to take pride and if you can not trustyour manager why work there . Well everyone good luck maybe someday the Italian stallionwill wake up to training and rules for all ,
