If a part time (13 years) employee gets full time, does it come with a pay raise?? How much?? I am in district 1 Also if you fill out the union papers and get them to the Union steward,can they deny me a full time position??

Does Kroger ever close or give their employees a "half day" in the event of bad weather such as icy roads? Or do they cut employees slack if they call in due to these conditions?

I have seen in said in several post that kroger is only concerned with the bare minimum when it comes to employees, hours, etc. What really is this "standard" because from what i see happening in my store it isnt helping any of the duties/things that must be done for the stores.

So all our employee discounts stopped working today (mid atlantic). Management says they don't know why, but we're not allowed to override or anything. Any idea if it's a New Years glitch, or something more ominous? Thanks
