This is disgraceful as many of the could be items for food bank now just go bad and we have to garbage them. I've been scanning out product since the old scanner wands running dos. W...

My coworker smells funky and refuses to bathe properly, nor wear deodorant and management won't do anything about it. They keep using half affed excuses to not approach the issue. Sales have dropped in our department because of it. By 3 hrs into his shift you can smell him like really smell his bo and ar...

I just got an ad saying that Kroger will hire 18000+ for the holiday season. No. The experience of working for any of the Kroger brand stores can really hurt you. It can stay with you like a stain. Giving any personal information to such an organization is a bad idea. Let Kroger be your very last resort fo...

Hello, I just came off of maternity leave and I've been with Kroger almost 20 years. I requested to have weekends off and they're telling me I'll lose my full time status if I do that. I cannot afford to lose my hours but at the same time I don't have anyone that's willing to watch my child during the weekend...

Is this a problem at all Kroger stores now? I go in to shop and no shopping carts in the lobby. Hardly any on the lot. I only need a small cart most of the time because the bigger ones have something in the wheels makes them hard to push. I know before I left this was a little bit of bit of a problem. They are a bunc...

Poor coworker hygiene - I've seen too many coworkers fail to wash their hands repeatedly after restroom use, too many go frumpy and lack the ability to bathe daily or chose not to bathe daily, too many go too long between washing their clothing so their cloths get that musty musky smell from going too lo...

I posted some conservative content on Yammer attesting to family values. Someone wrote on there that this "could be considered harassment" and I could possibly lose my job. The person said "it was my job to uphold Kroger's values." There are some real a** kissers on there. Never posting again on that...

Almost as bad as the person who spammed the group with "Quit" as a response to many posts (that person was removed, thank goodness.)

Kroger is the worst company in the world. Not only in terms of how unethical it is, but also in terms of how dysfunctional it is. My boss at Kroger was a horrible person, and on her death bed she will regret the cruelty she inflicted on me and others. However, I understand that she was under pressure from pe...

Seen floor supervisors do this also. We are NOT Office Depot and their failed ISCE experiement.

Kroger is keeping it pretty close to the vest. If it doesn't involve Kroger operations or Kroger employees, is there a possibility it could be a criminal issue?

The past year or two since our current store assigned a schedule writer, now everyone is getting fed up and filing massive complaints against her. She mucks up everyone's schedule and since she took over has just been copying the master schedule week to week. So the schedule has been essentially froz...

Every now and then we get a customer who's a jerk and the first phrase out of their mouth is "I want the fresh product from the back." 1 you're a jerk and 2 if you're not polite about it and rather rude, we'll eventually cut you off from this service. It's one thing to be a rarity but if you ask every damn time y...

I'm curious if management catches harassment behavior on the sales floor. There's an female associate that likes to stare at me when I shop and she expressed she always think about me. That female associates plays victim to her behavior.

Memo said that employees "shouldn't be playing on the phone" and note said our Fuel Lead "would be removed" if it continues. It was written by a guy named Mark (can't remember the last name.) On a shift there is only so much we can do (replenish tobacco, check fuel center outside, take care of customers...

I did not falsify my worked hours. It's quite funny to hear this coming from the haters. I wonder who falsify their hours I heard they got paid for worked and non-worked hours without consequences.
