Does management just laugh at these complaints? Because I've notice there's an handful of shoppers just complaining about every employee at every shopping trip.

This is something they did in the early 1900's before shows became wide spread easily available to society. Hell people still do this and it's disgusting. My coworker obviously does not bathe daily, wears the same damn cloths daily, looks like he rolled out of bed, if he didn't give time to bathe he jus...

Our closer has zero customer service skills and is not cut out for this company. If you fail multiple secret shops in a row because you can not say "Hi or Hello" to people you should not be in customer service roles. You're one shop away from termination and that's well your own fault. If you can not take cr...

Our lead was way out of line the day of the walk before the current holiday (Easter) and management just took a blind eye to it. Even though they saw the whole damn thing. I'm calling out after our lead was such an a$$ hole to us. We don't deserve this treatment. We use to like him but now that he's been here a f...

What an embarrassing, disgusting, RACIST company who RACIST managers tell lies on the hard working, outstanding, good employees because they're jealous of them. They rather have criminals and lazy young workers who screw around and call off work all the time.

AFAIK here in the Local 1996 area *every* store (ALDI/Publix/Whole Foods) is CLOSED tomorrow. It would not hurt Kroger's profits one bit and in fact it would create a lot of good will with employees

Leads/managers in departments are expected to have a higher level of professionalism. We've gotten sick of his haras--sment and started filing paper trails to document it all. If management won't do anything we'll file a lawsuit after a while. We're not waiting 2 yrs for them to fire our leads slimy...

A full sheet caked used to cost around $43.00. They're now $70.00. You can't tell me that the cost of those eggs in the cake went up $27.00. There are several other bakery items that are suddenly much higher.

If so what was the outcome? This would be suing the manager personally, and not the company as a whole.

I know she doesn't want to discipline a fellow manager. Any suggestions?

I am so sick of a regular junkie doing instacart stinking up the women's restroom 5 times a week with his damn m.j. He has horrid bo when he swings through and obviously does instacart to get his $ for his next fix. And people wonder why I don't support instacart. Not all are like this but a good percentage...

We are lucky if we have 3 check lanes open. Most shifts I have worked so far have only two. Is this a deliberate action by Kroger or just good old-fashioned short staffing?

Gotta love corporate when you have issues and need to contact them. Missed call... No caller id to be able to call back. Tried calling number given only to get that wonderful blocked message phone call because it was an internal phone number on a high end line they only wanted internal calls to get to. Br...

We got a memo several weeks ago and the amounts have changed at least in the Local 1996 area regarding PSOC shortages. It used to be $20 to get a "conversation" upstairs now it is up to $50, and the only thing that has not changes is the $100 shortage that could get you terminated or suspended. Are the amoun...

I'm fed up with my current store. I'm tired of running from bad managers each time they come in and display their horridness on the store. I've been unhappy for 6-10 months and this is an ongoing issue. Union has been ignoring our plea for help and only recently gotten involved after filing an ethics rep...
