Can they require you to stay over 8 hrs because your (Assistant) Department head waits till 20 minutes before clock out to clean up backstock and trash. I know they can require you to stay over your originally scheduled 4 hrs. Annoying to work 45 mins late because someone won't let us clean up on time

Hey guys Has anyone else paystub om the hr site not updated?. I know stubs are usually available on Weds but the stub for tomorrows deposit isnt showing for me.I'm a bit worried there was a foul up with my pay last week.. I was on vacation and wondered if maybe payroll ar my store screwed something up.

I got my official schedule, and I took a picture of the next week with my shifts....

Store manager says to clock out and go to office to speak with them. Store manager proceeds to give suspension which led to termination. I've never heard of a manager bring able to make somebody clock out and then fire that said body. Can they do this? I mean, it's still the said person's time too aft...
