Its a Pain when we are on 2 week scheduling and we cant keep people that long anymore... People quit left and right or wont show up. I wish Kroger would go back to 1 week it would make our lives much easier.

So it was like 6 sweeps per day. That means 6 being logged in the clock. This is a struggle I work at a high volume store and when you log in to sweep and start sweeping you sometimes get called here for a clean up there for a clean up then you get side tracked and sometimes forget to log out of the store sweep. I am a department head on nights. I like my job. It's not bad. I find myself behind all the time lately. I have missed far too many days due to lack of sleep or illness. How do I balance everything? I really need a clone or two but that isn't possible.
