It's never done at our store and the results are ignored by our store management.

currently 17 working in the front end for about a year and CANNOT STAND IT. Customers are rude and management sucks. Is there any possible way to get into another dept? Management recommendations? Typing up a safety plan how you will not use certain equipment?

So on my paystub this week I have Night Prem, and Night Prem 2. Night Prem 2 looks like it's what Night Prem was for the past year or so, with the proper YTD. But Night Prem, is actually docking me money. Does anyone know what's going on with this?

I asked a rep for a union book, and they told me to go to the local website, and I went to the site, and the section that says know your rights, and all that popped up was a blank page with a blank frame. what the heck is going on? how will i find my contract? this is so stupid.
