The first number, the number of lanes open, I can understand. That's the number of cashiers signed on to the registers. The rest of the numbers, I don't understand. Like, how do they show how many customers are in the store or will be waiting in line?

I feel sorry for the Marsh Employees but why is the union allowing them to come in and take over our lead positions and bumping our hours? A bunch of us keep calling the union but no responses!! Big bunch of crap!!

Is it 32 hours on average of 12 weeks? I think it is in my Delta district. I hope I'm about to get full time! My hours these past 12 weeks are 39.50 +38.25 + 33 + 29.75 + 33.50 + 33 + 34 + 34.50 + 36.50 + 38.75 + 20 + 23.50 + 28.50 = 389.75 ÷ 12 = 32.47 is this how they average hours?

So how will they get "Coordinators" to move across county to staff a New District? $$$ We need to eliminate waste to better serve our customers? So ADD 750k+ in salaries back that were just eliminated 3-4 months ago? How will we retain associates that will be asked to travel 1 hour+ to stores across town...
