I haven't received any insurance cards in the mail and I desperately need to go to the dentist. Oh honestly don't k ow what our insurance is through. Blue cross blue shield? I dunno if the dentist will take me without a card. I'm so confused and in a lot of pain!

Why is that they go straight into social hour after clocking in and don't do ANYTHING but talk and gossip for the first hour of their shift AT LEAST, and even more time some days? Then around the 3 or 4 hour they start talking about other people not moving fast enough or doing things properly... What?
