i got fired last night but the only reason i got was that I "wasnt a fit for their company" they had literally just changed my dept didnt even give a chance in mine. i worked my ass off for them and there are worse employees than me, but I'm the one that's not a fit for their company. my shift is for 12am-6am on monday. does that mean 12am sunday night into monday morning or monday night into tuesday morning

The store I where I work recently got a chef/salad case and I've been put in charge of it. I'm trying to figure out a good way to store the tags/signs for the products. Right now they are loose in a big container and it's a pain in the neck. Any tips on good way to store and organize?

I got an SRI or whatever and was told I had to take a Break at 2 hours even if I didn't want it and not later than that. And that it was in the handbook that it has to be every 2 hours. Is this a true statement? Just curious. They said it was in the union contract and what not and I can't find an answer.

i am an ec kroger employee and quit so i could attend college. and honestly the only thing i have ever missed about the big K is the paycheck every week for not doing any thing all. i mean i sat in the break room for hours on end and got paid for it. i sat on a pallet of sugar for an hour and a half and got paid for it....

Went to Kroger tonight to see if any of the Valentine's Day candy was on sale -- all I found were the flowers. They've already taken down all the Valentine's and now have it set up for Easter. Within 48 hours of the end of Valentine's Day. Smooth. Gotta give them that.
