They keep scheduling me early lunches. Why? I NEVER take an early lunch. I work a 9am-6pm or a 10am-7pm so why schedule me to go 3-3½ hours after I start? It's stupid. I am not hungry and ready to eat at that time. So I change it and go 4 hours after I start. What is the purpose of going after 3 hours to lunch?

Dear corporate if you're going to cut hrs do it right and still give enough hrs for employees to do their job duties. If you're going to reduce hrs on load day from 8 to 6 then you get unfinished work and customers complain where product is. You should reduce hrs on back stock days not load days! We're only g...
