Will Kroger hire someone with a small criminal record? A while back i got a bull**** charge for something that was barely true. Anyway will Kroger hire someone with a record of sexual assault on a minor and or drug trafficking?

I am planning on putting my two weeks in this Saturday. I am going to write a letter of resignation, I was wondering who do I address/give this letter to(my department manager one, co-manager, or the actual store manager)?

Just back from suspension, 40 hour available guaranteed clerk, am scheduled only 24 hours. They did not know I was coming back until Friday. Schedule gets posted at noon on Fridays. Do I have a right to my 40 hours?

I am working 6 days this week, and the holiday falls on Saturday, which is my 6th day for the week. Since the holiday falls on my 6th day, do I get my overtime for my hours over 40, plus holiday OT, plus my 8 hours? I am in the Cincinnati area. Thanks for any input. My work week is Sunday - Saturday.
